Beta Bar launches in Sydney
The much anticipated Beta Bar, above Sydney's leading Greek restaurant Alpha, is opening to the public as of 5pm tomorrow.
Beta is a bar, gallery and will be available for private events and functions; boasting a menu of authentic Greek dishes, with an added dash of popular Greek Australian chef Peter Conistis' signature flair, while the drinks menu will feature inventive Greek twists on classic cocktails.
Drawing on the elegant architecture of the building located at 238 Castlereagh Street in Sydney's CBD, the bar will create a modern installation within the classic space with raw and natural interiors complimented with contemporary furniture and design.
