Croatia beat Greece 66-61 to advance to the Final of the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Turin, in Friday's first Semi-Final.
The Croatian team were ahead most of the game and led by as many as 24 points early in the second quarter.
Greece came back during end of the first half and well into the third quarter and at one stage took their first lead of the game, 47-46, with two free-throws by Stratos Pereroglou.
Croatia hit back in front, 52-49, heading into the fourth quarter and took a double-digit lead in the final frame and did just enough to stop Greece from qualifying for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games by 5 points.
