Leading Chicago based Merix Pharmaceutical Corp. announced yesterday it has entered into a strategic business alliance with the Sarantis Group in Greece to exclusively market Sarantis’ European products throughout the United States and Canada.
Merix founder and CEO, Meryl Squires, stated, “We are very pleased to have this business alliance with such a fine company as Sarantis. Sarantis Group is one of the leading consumer product companies in Greece and was founded in Constantinople in 1930. In 1956, the Group’s headquarters moved to Athens.
They offer everyday products from fragrances and cosmetics to personal care, health care as well as everyday household products.
This new alliance now opens the doors for Sarantis Group to become a leader in the market throughout the United States and Canada.
