Successful Greek chef Maria Loi launched her new line- Loi Dips in one of America’s leading natural and organic grocery stores Whole Foods Market yesterday. Loi is a global ambassador of Greek Gastronomy, as elected by the Chef’s Club of Greece and also an author, restaurateur, entrepreneur and member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
Her culinary skills and immense talent have made her a popular food sensation in both Greece and the U.S and is regularly referred to as the “Greek Martha Stewart.” She has become an acclaimed television chef in Greece and the U.S and the author of more than 36 cookbooks, including Ancient Dining, the official cookbook of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, and her most recent, The Greek Diet.
Maria already has a range of Loi line of products, which includes pasta and is available across the U.S and yesterday she launched her exclusive Loi Dips range at the new Bryant Park location of Whole Food Markets in New York City.
The delicious vegetable and yoghurt based dip range, which is beautifully packaged in glass, includes Tzatziki, Eggplant Dip, Skordalia (Garlic Dip), and Pougi with Feta.
