Offering a stunning view of the Acropolis hill and Plaka, the restaurant invites guests to indulge in Greek flavours and dishes prepared with a modern twist by its new awarded head chef Thodoris Papanikolaou, who is also in charge of the hotel’s breakfast and lunch menus, also making AthensWas an all day gastronomical hotspot in Athens.
