The “Greek Freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo has revealed his dream of beating the United States basketball team wearing Greek team colours and playing for Greece.
"I'll be the next one to beat them. I'll be waiting for them somewhere," the Milwaukee Bucks super star said, leading a team in an exhibition game with Greek and foreign players at the Athens Olympic Arena on Sunday.
Antetokounmpo made his comments in front of three retired veterans of the Greek national team that was the last to beat the U.S., in a 101-95 upset in the semi-finals of the 2006 World Championships.
We are pretty sure Giannis dream would also be to have his brother Thanassis, also a basketball player on the team- where it would be a double celebration for the Antetokounmpo family.
