Itsines turned the Bikini Body Training Company into a success story from an idea she had as a stand-in gym instructor into a global e-commerce business with exercise programs, diet plans and recipes for healthy eating and fitness merchandise.

She also runs bootcamp classes that attract hundreds of women to workout together in the US, Europe and Australian cities.

Itsines is also very proud of her Greek background and recently took a holiday to Greece. She also regularly talks about her close knit family and her love of Greek food and culture.

“I love being Greek. It means I have a Pappou and Yiayia and they grow all of their own produce fresh in their backyard. My Pappou grows mangos and pomegranates and they are soooooo different to the ones at the shops. So fresh and amazing,” she said.
