Each dish will feature unique ingredients grown or produced on the largest and much-loved Greek island, which is famous for its delicacies, music, lifestyle and culture.
Executive Chef Peter Conistis has designed a four- course meal and there will be matching wines, for $110 per person, which will have you tasting authentic flavours that are found on this stunning Greek isle.
Cretan cuisine is renowned for its unique products and recipes, including dittany herb and Anthotyro cheese, not to mention their delicious dishes such as Cretan Dakos and Xerotigana Pastries.
