The Eurovision Semifinals had an unpleasant surprise for Greece, but great joy for Cyprus, as Yanna Terzi and her song “My Dream” was knocked out of the finals.
On the contrary, Eleni Foureira impressed the audience with her hot performance of "Fuego", belting out the lyrics and shaking some Beyonce-like moves, which put her through as one of the favourites for Saturday's final.
Both Yanna Terzis and her team gave their best shot for a good result, but eventually they did not manage to convince the Eurovision audience to vote and send them through to Saturday's final. Yanna faced a series of technical problems during rehearsals and even during the semifinals the song failed to be presented as the Greeks had planned.
Best of luck to Cyprus on Saturday!
