Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras spoke with the leader of New Democracy Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Friday and said that he agrees to giving Greeks abroad the ability to vote in national elections, as proposed by New Democracy.

“The children of the brain drain have the right to vote in the country they live in,” said PM Tsipras.

He was speaking just before the Parliament decided, by secret ballot, on the ruling regarding the Novartis case and also informed Mitsotakis about the course of talks on the FYROM name issue, with FYROM’s PM Zaev.
