Entree: Traditional fava beans with caper leaves, fresh tomato and onion, Dumplings filled with feta cheese mouse, pistachio, sun dried tomatoes, olives and pomegranate sauce and the Crab cakes with fresh blue Greek crab in a crispy panko mixture, herbs and aioli sauce.
Main: Risotto with pumpkin, yellow and wild blue corn, raisins, safran and aged traditional “graviera” cheese and the Lamb fillet with vegetable ratatouille and mavrodaphne-rosemary sauce.
Dessert: Ekmek with toasted “tsoureki”, mastic ice cream, whipped cream, sour cherry syrup and pistachios and who can resist the Millefeuille with fiorentines, catalane cream and caramelized nectarines!
Kuzina’s famous Tarazza is open from now until October, inviting guests to experience a unique gastronomic experience under the moonlit sky of Athens, while enjoying the breathtaking view across to the Acropolis and Hephaestus temple.
