Thousands of people, waving Greek flags and chanting "Macedonia is Greece," marched through Thessaloniki, despite the rain on Wednesday to protest a preliminary deal over the “North Macedonia” name deal.
The protest was organised by the same groups that staged large rallies earlier this year in Thessaloniki and Athens against negotiations that include the term “Macedonia” for FYROM.
Protestors gathered in front of the Macedonian-Thrace Ministry, waving their flags and making it known that they were very much against the agreement signed in Prespas.
