The name of this place says it all. 360 Degrees is a lush rooftop garden and cocktail bar with a unique industrial design that gives guests panoramic views of the entire city and the Acropolis.
Right on Monastiraki Square, just steps away from the Monastiraki Flea Market, 360 Degrees is the place to go to for some dining and drinks with the best view of Athens, hands down!
While offering the best, unrestricted view of the Acropolis, you can also enjoy the stylishly designed bar that is set in a gorgeous garden. The immaculate service and a creative food menu are also a drawing card. The mouthwatering food options include Moussaka (with sweet trachana, grilled eggplant, zucchini, potato and tomato sauce with fresh basil), Lamb in vine leaves (with ladotiri cheese from Mytilene, gratin of baby potatoes, mushrooms, crispy leeks and sauce of honey and rosemary), 360 Salad (with beef pastrami from Drama, green apple chips, cherry tomatoes, parmesan flakes and aged balsamic vinaigrette), Salmon Souvlaki (with zucchini, black risotto, steam asparagus, brick and tangerine sauce) and for dessert Liquid chocolate cake (with caramelised hazelnuts and vanilla ice cream from Madagascar).
Of course the cocktail menu is just as extravagant. We recommend trying Greek Kaimaki (Skinos Mastiha, Russian vodka, spices, martini extra dry, yoghurt and lemon), 360 Sunset Daiquiri (Bacardi Carta Blanca, aperol, lime, honey and bitters) or Tropical Lust (Bombay Sapphire, mango, mellon, passion fruit, mint and lemon)
Here are my three tips when heading to 360 Degrees:
- Make a booking in advance (for the terrace), as it is always busy.
- Make sure your phone battery is full and you have enough memory on your phone, as you will want to take lots of pics here!
- Get there early and soak in the Greek hospitality, atmosphere and breathtaking view before the sun sets.
