Greece’s summer sales to kick off July 9

Greece’s summer sales will kick off all around the country on Monday, July 9 and will continue through to Friday, August 31, allowing locals and tourists to pick up some great bargains.

Store owners are hoping turnover will be higher than last year due to the larger number of tourists in the country, with over 32 million visitors expected to arrive in Greece this year.

Stores expect the great sales, which includes up to 70% off certain items, will give tourists more incentive to buy.

Moreover, the shops will remain open throughout Greece on Sunday July 15, from 11am until 8pm

So whether it’s summer sandals, sunglasses, swimmers or any fashion or home items you were after, now is your time to head to the closest shopping area!
