A new nine million euro shopping mall will open in Thessaly this autumn, which was announced in a press conference in Athens on Tuesday.
The mall, which is set in an open space is called Fashion City Outlet, and is being developed by Sonae Sierra and Bluehouse Capital. It will cover 20,000 square meters and includes more than 70 stores.
A large supermarket will occupy a space of 1600 square meters, a cinema of 1,900 square meters (with three rooms indoors and one outside), there will also be an array of restaurants and cafes, which will all be undercover.
The shopping center is only a few kilometers from the center of Larissa and less than an hour from the other capitals of Thessaly, Volos, Trikala and Karditsa.
