Navagio beach closed following landslide

Navagio beach has been closed after the landslide which saw several tourists injured, following a decision by the Zakynthos Island Port Authorities.

The ban came a day after the landslide on the famous beach of Zakynthos which injured a total of seven people. More specifically, the announcement by the Port Authority of Zakynthos states that "it is forbidden to approach-anchorage of any motorised or non-motorized floating boat, as well as the prohibition of bathing of baths by bathers at the Zakynthos bay of Zakynthos. The temporary suspension of the Protocol No: 2131.13 / 1189/16 / 18-05-2016 of our Service Decision (Government Gazette B 1814)."
