Greece’s Parliament and the National Theatre of Greece signed an agreement that aims to bring the theatre closer to people throughout Greece, even those living in the remotest areas of the country.
Parliament Secretary General Konstantinos Athanasiou and National Theatre Artistic Director Stathis Livathinos signed an agreement launching an initiative called "National Theatre live in cooperation with the Hellenic Parliament TV," which will enable people living in remote areas to watch performances of the National Theatre free of charge, broadcast live at local indoor spaces.
