Greece’s Environment and Energy Minister, Giorgos Stathakis will represent the Greek government at the Southeast Europe-Germany Business and Investment Summit which will take place in Berlin on December 3.
The summit is organised jointly by the Greek-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the weekly magazine The Economist.
The opening talks will be made by consultant editor at the Economist, John Andrews and the head of the Greek-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Michalis Mailis.
Attending the summit will be state delegates, representatives of institutions as well as members of the global business community who will address ways to enlarge the scope of cooperation between states or companies, with a view to boosting investor and entrepreneurial interest in Europe.
Also attending will be German Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy Oliver Wittke and President of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe in the European parliament, Guy Verhofstadt.
