Video footage has surfaced of inmates bashing the 19-year-old Albanian man accused of raping and killing 21-year-old Eleni Topaloudis in Rhodes.

The 19-year-old was in his cell when the door opened and seven men ran in kicking and punching the accused killer.

One of the inmates at Avlona prison in Rhodes recorded the incident where you can hear the accused man saying “It wasn’t me, I didn’t do it, he did it,” referring to the 21-year-old Greek man also accused of raping and murdering Eleni.

Speaking to SKAI Television, one of the seven inmates said, "The guard could not do anything, we had knives on us.” "

“He got the least of what he deserved,” added the inmate as he explained that they waited for the prison guards to open all the cell doors for lunch and that is when they set out on their attack.

According to the inmate, they wanted to teach the Albanian man a lesson for what he did to 21-year-old Eleni and said it was nothing compared to the torture that was inflicted on the victim who lost her life and also added that his misdemeanor for theft cannot be compared to a murder crime.
