Greece's Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos is meeting today with Cyprus' Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides and Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al Malki at the Foreign Ministry in Athens for the 2nd Greece-Cyprus-Palestine Trilateral Ministerial Meeting.

Talks between the three ministers and their delegations will begin at 11:30 and explore the potential for trilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, such as tourism, agriculture, renewable energy, culture and education.

The trilateral meeting will continue with a working lunch at 13:00 where discussion will focus on issues of regional interest and the Cyprus issue. The meeting will conclude with the adoption of a joint statement.

At 11:00, prior to the start of the trilateral talks, Katrougalos will have a bilateral meeting with Christodoulides to discuss regional developments and the Cyprus issue.

A bilateral meeting between Katrougalos and Malki will take place at 11:00 on Tuesday, focusing on bilateral economic relations and cooperation in education and culture.
