The current Deputy Minister of Interior and member of the Independent Greeks (ANEL) Party Marina Chrysoveloni resigned from the party on Thursday with a letter to ANEL leader and former Defence Minister, Panos Kammenos.
Chrysoveloni claims her decision came motivated from Kammenos' "personal choices on matters that concern crucial issues for our country," as well as his "behaviour towards my colleagues and myself," that leaves her with no other choice other than to resign.
Chrysoveloni also thanked the ANEL leader for their common political path until now.
