The Hellenic Club Sydney will again this year host a traditional midnight feast to celebrate “Pascha”, Greek Orthodox Easter, at its acclaimed restaurant, Alpha.
The Pascha supper will incorporate traditional Greek dishes such as succulent lamb shank mayiritsa, spit-roasted whole suckling lamb, Tsoureki Easter bread and red dye eggs by leading chef Peter Conistis.
From the inaugural Pascha supper, the Hellenic Club Sydney raises thousands of dollars, which is donated to the soup kitchen at the Greek Orthodox Parish of Saints Constantine and Helen, in Newtown.
This is a great reason to come together with family and friends to commemorate Pascha with a traditional Greek Easter four-course meal at one of Australia's leading Greek restaurants.
