Anna Korakaki is on top of the world, celebrating being ranked number 1 worldwide in the women’s 10-metre air rifle.

The Olympic gold medalist and world champion has gone back to being number one in the world ranking in the 10-metre gun pistol competition, after winning first place in the World Cup in Munich.

The Greek Olympic champion scored 241.4 points in the final of the competition and climbed to the top of the podium, leaving China’s Wei Kian in second place with 239.6 and Mingjung Kim from South Korea came third with 220.8 points.

“I’m extremely happy to see our hard work does pay off, I couldn’t feel more excited about being World Number 1,” said Korakaki.
