The likable duo play out a scene in New York City where Jimmy Fallon offers to treat Luke Bryan to lunch, as they stop at a street corner food stand. A hungry Luke attempts to order his food however, frustrated with the difficulty of verbally requesting his choice, he soon gives up which leaves a concerned Jimmy asking him what's wrong?

We then see Bryan and Fallon in a studio singing a country style song titled “I Don’t Know How to Pronounce Gyro”.  Jimmy sings a line “I wish that they had just called it a lamb tzatzaki wrap”. The musical sketch centers around as per the song title, how to correctly pronounce "gyro" and belt out lots of humorously various ways one can say the word.

It ends with the Greek guy from the food stand advising them it's "yiro (yee-ro)" and the three excitedly dance and embrace with great delight that Bryan and Fallon can now pronounce Greece's most popular takeaway food.
