An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale struck western Greece at 6:10pm on Saturday, the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens reported.
The tremor was felt in Amfilohia, Agrinio and Messolonghi. There has been no reports of injuries or damage.
The report stated that the tremor’s epicenter was 28km northwest of Agrinio, near Amfilochia, with a focal depth of 28km.
