Nikos Vertis has made history again, becoming the first Greek artist to perform at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, where the Oscars are held every year.

The popular Dutch-Greek singer took the sell-out crowd to another world with his enchanting voice, singing his songs which everyone loves.

Some of his popular songs include “Thelo na me nioseis”, “Fige”, “An eisai ena asteri”, “Ela kai pame” “Pes to mou ksana”, “Den paei na leei” and “Mono Gia Sena”, just to name a few.

Singing in a theatre where the biggest Hollywood names have walked to present or pick up the Oscars gold statue was very exciting and special for Vertis, who uploaded a video on Instagram after his performance to say a big thank you to the 3,500 people who saw him perform. You can see his video here.

Vertis' performance at the Dolby Theatre has made Greeks not only in America but all over the world proud, as he is the only Greek artist to have ever sung at such a place.

Earlier this year, Vertis made history on YouTube as his hit track“Θέλω να με νιώσεις” (Thelo Na Me Niosis) became the first Greek song to exceed 100 million views on Youtube.

To date, the popular singer has released five studio albums along with one CD single single, and two special edition CD/DVD albums.

His North American Tour also includes Toronto on October 11, Atlantic City on October 12, Montreal on October 18 and Chicago on October 19, before returning to Greece for his winter appearances at the 'YTON The Music Show'.
