Unique gastronomic dinner at Sofitel Athens Airport

Tomorrow, on Thursday 10th October 2019, Sofitel Athens Airport is hosting a unique gastronomic event in collaboration with Muses Estate winery.

The wine pairing dinner will take place at the Karavi Restaurant, with chef Fanis Stithies presenting a mouthwatering five-course tasting menu, paired with the Muses Estate’s eclectic wines.

Muses Estate's philosophy is to "make wines that are in perfect harmony with the ecosystem. Our aim is to maintain the balance, the complexity and love that are required in order to release the senses. Our vision is to produce wines that are representative of the Valley of Muses as well as the family itself."

It's not just the food and wine that will be amazing, as the gourmet experience is being held on the 9th floor of the hotel which showcases panoramic views to the Airport’s runways.

Added bonus, the winemaker, Stelios Zacharias will also attend the event to talk about the sensory examination of the wine.
