Wind turbines in Karystos damaged by strong winds

An entire wind farm in Karystos, Euboea, was destroyed by the strong winds that gushed  through the area in the recent days.

According to tvstar.gr, the winds in the area the last few days reached 11 beaufort and had a speed of 160km/h.

As a result, the wind turbines bent as if they were tree branches.

Note, the wind farm is inactive and the strong winds have subsided.
