Police arrested the so-called "Archer of the Constitution" and two 26 and 29-year-old women during a raid carried out by the Anti-Terrorist Squad yesterday in Athens. All three detainees were in a stolen car and were in possession of weapons.

The “archer” known as Yiannis Michailidis, had escaped from the rural prisons of Tiryns in June, charged with double robbery at the Agricultural Bank and the branch of ELTA in Velvento Kozani (2013), and sentenced in 2015 to 13 years in prison following a bloody clash with police.

One of the females arrested is Konstantina Athanasopoulou, a former associate of Pola Rupa and the second woman was the man's girlfriend.
