New York’s Astoria is famous for its large Greek community and variety of Greek taverns and cafes that line the streets of the popular neighbourhood.

And now another Greek eatery has been added to this mix but Anassa Taverna, which opened in late December 2019, stands out as it is a fine-dining Greek restaurant that is grabbing lots of attention from locals and other New Yorkers who are happy to drive the distance to check out this fab new food find in the Big Apple.

Anassa Taverna,

Located on the corner of Astoria Boulevard, Anassa is a modern restaurant featuring stunning décor with chic chandeliers, exposed wooden beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The sleek bar with natural wood and cool blue stools offers the perfect spot for a drink after work or catch up with friends, as you sip on their signature “Athena” cocktail.
