Fears grow over potential Coronavirus outbreak in Greece after two young woman travelling from Singapore were taken to Thriassio Hospital in Lefsina on Sunday night. Both women showed signs of flu symptoms associated with the virus.
The women were initially examined at a private clinic and then transferred to Thriassio, where they’ve been hospitalised until further notice.
Samples have been sent for further analysis, however local authorities at the hospital are giving reassurance that there is no cause for concern as of yet. The explained that these examinations are being undertaken for precautionary reasons.
