Greek health officials are concerned after the revelation by the president of the Greek community in Milan, Ms Sofia Zafiropoulou that an Italian doctor who is now suffering from coronavirus after visiting Greece.
Speaking on radio Thema 104.6, Ms Zafiropoulou claimed that the doctor attended a conference in Greece and had just recently returned to Italy and was presenting symptoms of the virus, in particular pneumonia, and was immediately hospitalized.
"An Italian colleague of the professor (professor of dermatology) verified the information. He said that he recently returned from a conference in Greece, then went to Germany and then returned back to his home in Italy,"
