Reports are emerging that a woman in Lesvos has tested positive for COVID-19 coronavirus.
The sources state that she is currently in quarantine at a Hospital in Mytilene, while her children have been advised not to go to school today.
The woman was rushed from a village in Lesvos yesterday to the hospital after a few days of experiencing flu like symptoms. She returned from Israel late last month after going on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
This recent incident will bring the number of coronavirus cases in Greece to 74.
Not only is Greece protecting its land borders from illegal migrants, but they are also fighting the spread of the coronavirus. The illegal migrants could walk across the border infected (known or unknown) and spread it in Greece.
