10 new cases of coronavirus have been announced by the Greek Government just as the World Health organisation declares Covid19 a pandemic.

The 10 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in our country have was announced by the spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Professor Sotiris Tsiodras. The total number of infected with the new coronavirus now stands at 99, of which 95 are of Greek origin and 4 are from a foreign nationality.

Two of the patients are being treated in the Intensive Care Units of FPI Patras and AHEPA.
All the others are in a stable condition and are under close watch, 29 of them are hospitalized in Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and Mytilene, 68 remain in their homes under isolation.

The process of tracking contacts who have made close contact with these affected people is ongoing.
