Shock over police officer who killed his ex-wife and her friend

There the 35-year-old police officer was cooperative, explaining calmly; "We split. She took my children, a baby boy and my girls of 8 and 5 years old to her parents in Thebes, left them there while she made her life. I can't stand it."

According to police, the lieutenant governor from Nea Ionia made efforts to reconnect with his ex-wife.

But she was negative, and that was what angered him. He couldn't stand the rejection.

The 35-year-old who entered the police force in 2007 had previously had no problems in the service but lately his colleagues noticed that he seemed more thoughtful and distant.

On Wednesday afternoon, he set out to execute his creepy plan.

He got into his black Vitara and set himself up to wait in the supermarket parking lot in Archarnon Street, Nea Kifissia where his ex-wife was working.
