'Greek Freak': Believe in your dreams even if others think it’s crazy

When Giannis Antetokounmpo started playing basketball, he had dreams... very big ones and he did not stop chasing them for a minute.

In a touching Instagram post, the 'Greek Freak' uploaded an inspirational flashback video to when he was playing for Filathlitikos (EFAO Zografou B.C), and dreamt of playing in the NBA one day.

"Started off a skinny kid and 7 years later I haven’t stopped working. Always believe in your dreams even if others think it’s crazy!” wrote the NBA MVP and Milwaukee Bucks superstar.

Giannis, who has made his crazy dream come true, continues to train hard to achieve bigger goals.

Collectible match-worn signed shoes belonging to Giannis Antetokounmpo and a signed T-shirt from his personal collection with Nike, are being auctioned to raise funds to combat the coronavirus pandemic in Greece.
