'Bios' featuring Tom Hanks will be on screens in 2021

Tom Hanks’ sci-fi movie 'Bios' has been delayed to 2021.

'Bios', which stars Tom Hanks and is directed by Michael Sapochnik (Game of Thrones), had set an October 2, 2020 release date back in 2018.

However, 2020 has turned the film industry, and the world, upside down due to the coronavirus pandemic. Theatres closed around the world back in March, forcing some movies like Hanks’ 'Greyhound' to release on streaming services like Apple TV+.

Although theatres are now slowly starting to reopen, with experts believing 90% of theatres will open by mid-July, there is still a lot of uncertainty regarding how many people will flock to theatres straight away. Meaning, release dates continue to get reshuffled.
