A British tourist fell to his death from a third floor hotel balcony in Corfu on Monday night, in a suspected suicide.
According to reports, the 46-year-old had been vacationing with his fiancée for a few days at the Kanoni peninsula, south of Corfu Town.
The fiancée told authorities that her partner had been taking medication for a psychological issue.
Corfu's medical examiner, Ioannis Aivatidis, told APE-MPE that "the side effects of the antidepressants that the 46-year-old was taking will also be examined."
Authorities have ruled out any foul play in connection with the man’s death, CNN Greece reported.
