Australia’s ‘Fitness Queen’ and her personal trainer ex-fiancé have put their charming Adelaide house up for sale.
This comes about 2 weeks after she announced her separation from Tobi, who was her fiance and business partner for nearly a decade years; via Instagram: “After eight years together, Tobi and I have come to the difficult decision to separate as a couple.”
She added that “We will always be family and remain good friends and devoted parents to Arna,” Itsines wrote.
“We have grown up together in Adelaide, sharing a lifetime of experiences and special memories from moving into our first apartment and starting SWEAT from our lounge room to becoming parents to our beautiful daughter.
“Our friendship remains strong as we parent Arna together and run SWEAT as business partners.”
Currently, Kayla Itsines is worth an estimated $500 million and has made the ‘Young Rich Lister’ hall of fame, after being valued at $486 million in the 2019 AFR Young Rich List.
The personal trainers and co-founders of the hit fitness app ‘Sweat’, started working together in 2011 and together have amassed a great fortune with the fitness app generating more revenue than any other fitness app on the market in 2016 alone.
The property is owned by Itsines, according to public records, and is situated in Malvern. The gorgeous five-bedroom residence is set on more than 3000 square metres of land.
Built in 1925, the stone exterior hides a stunning contemporary renovation with multiple living spaces, bay windows and a kitchen ideal for entertaining.
It features a five-car garage, a pool, tennis court, cellar, state of the art security system, solar and battery system, alfresco pavilion and underfloor heating for wet areas.
Harris Real Estate Sales’ Henry Gower Tillett has the listing and did not return calls from Domain website.
They are currently inviting people to make offers on the house until the end of September.
