600 ISIS members in Greece and dozens in Cyprus: reports

600 members of the brutal ISIS terrorist organization are in Greece and dozens are in Cyprus, according to a respected Greek journalist.

Savvas Kalenteridis in a radio interview on the First Show with Lazaros Mavros, Marios Poullados and Christos Michalaros, made the shocking announcement when discussing the arrest of a Tajik jihadist arrested in the southern Greek city of Tripoli.

While discussing the arrest of the Tajik, accused of being an ISIS leader, Kalenteridis said that there is evidence of the presence of hundreds of jihadists in Greece and dozens in Cyprus, some of them who have beheaded people in Syria and Iraq.

ISIS.

The radio show also discussed how these ISIS members in Greece and Cyprus can be activated whenever Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan decides to do so.

It was also discussed how Turkey is cooperating with Al-Qaeda in Syria.

Listen to the interview:

Days ago, a 27-year-old from Tajikistan, who was arrested in the Peloponnese on accusations of being an ISIS leader,  boarded a boat with other immigrants in 2017 in order to reach Lesvos from Turkey with his wife and their four children.

The police then recorded the six members of the family, who then took the road to Moria camp.

There, the 27-year-old applied for political asylum. Then, after a long time, a non-governmental organization provided a home for the family, as the 27-year-old was considered a political refugee and received political asylum.

In his reports to the Asylum Service, he allegedly claimed that he was being persecuted in his homeland by the regime that rules the country. In fact, he claims that his wife is the sister of the opposition leader in Tajikistan.

Somehow, the family finally settled in a house in Tripoli.
