Delphinus delphis is the scientific name of Greece’s national animal, which are found throughout the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Red Sea.

This aquatic mammal is considered the second intelligent animal in the world.
