Many people gathered to pay tribute to Diego Armando Maradona outside the Argentine government headquarters, Casa Rosada, in Buenos Aires.

Interestingly, the footballing legend scored his last goal with the Argentina national team at the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the USA during a Group D stage game against Greece.

June 21 was the date that Argentina won 4-0 against Greece, with Gabriel Batistuta scoring a hattrick and Maradona scoring his final goal for the Argentina national team at the 60′ minute.
