It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

The Christmas World at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) came alive on Tuesday December 1.

The COVID-19 pandemic didn’t stop the Christmas decorations from shining bright, spreading cheer, hope, joy and love.

Spectators from all over Greece and abroad watched the event online. It was a spectacular celebration for all!

The night was hosted by Greek musician Foivos Delivorias, who set the festive tone. He was joined on stage by his electric quartet (Sotiris Douvas, Costis Christodoulou, Kostas Pantelis, Yoel Soto), Nefeli Fasouli, comedians Thanasis Alevras and Byron Theodoropoulos, and guest of honour Vassilikos.

The GNO Children’s Choir under the direction of Konstantina Pitsiakou also participated with beloved, festive sounds.

Undoubtedly, one of the most special moments of the night was the Canal’s Dancing Fountains.
