How Greeks think about the pandemic and its management by the government, its impact on our lives, the lockdown measures that cause the most discomfort, how they view the coming year, and, of course, their voting intentions, is all revealed in a new poll.
According to the poll, one in two Greeks, 52%, are satisfied with the government's management of the pandemic.
However, the closure of retail (55%) and the ban on travel (48%) cause the greatest discomfort from the existing lockdown measures.
In addition, 72% of citizens agree that measures should be in place for as long as the pandemic lasts.
At the same time, the fact that citizens do not see their friends and relatives (65%), while their income has decreased (48%) and their psychology has deteriorated (35%), are considered to be the most serious effects of the pandemic.
Still, 53% of respondents seem to be more concerned about the coronavirus than the economy, while 48% appear optimistic about the coming year.
Regarding Turkey and its accession negotiations with the EU, the vast majority (76%) believe that they should be stopped.
The most effective ministers, according to the research, are: Vassilis Kikilias (6.4), Takis Theodorikakos (6.3), Adonis Georgiadis (6.2), Kostis Hatzidakis (6.1), Makis Voridis (5.9) and Chrilistos Staikouras (5.6).
The vast majority of Greeks, 39.1%, trust the Mitsotakis Government and would vote for it if we had elections next Sunday.

Finally, with regard to 2021, there seems to be optimism, as 48% say it will be better than 2020.
38% believe worse, while 14% believe the same.
