Turkey issued a new Navigation Telex (NAVTEX) for the Oruç Reis vessel to carry out seismic research until June 15, 2021.
Two other vessels, the Ataman and Cengiz Han will accompany the Oruç Reis.
From the map, the designated geographical area is in Turkish territorial waters. Analysts see this as a 'good-will-gesture from Turkey that could open the door to the resumption of talks with Greece.
