Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou spoke about a dark moment in American history after yesterday's events in Washington and emphasized that respect for laws is the essence of democracy.
In a post on Twitter, Sakellaropoulou referred to the responsibility of those who instigated yesterday's events and stressed the need for a smooth transition of the Presidency to Joe Biden.
