Prasorizo (Πρασόρυζο) is a simple dish that is full of flavour and nutritious goodness.
Praso (πράσο), the Greek word for leek, is a superfood- low in calories but high in nutrients, particularly magnesium and vitamins A, C, and K. It also boasts small amounts of fiber, copper, vitamin B6, iron, and folate.
You can serve Prasorizo as a side dish (we recommend with chicken), or on its own.
*Note: Feta is the perfect accompaniment.
*Note: The end of cooking this dish is meant to have the same 'sloppy' consistency as Spanakorizo.
