Arachova, the “Winter Mykonos of Greece”

Arachova is a traditional village, which is transformed into a bustling little city during winter.

This beautiful mountainous village that is known for the amazing nature and historical background is situated at the foot of Mount Parnassos in Viotia (the highest mountain in Greece after Mount Olympus), Southern Greece.

At Mt Parnassus, you’ll find Greece’s largest ski centre, with two sections – Kellaria and Fterolakka, at an altitude of 1,600-2,250m. You’ll find 19 pistes, seven routes, 10 paths and three mini beginner pistes of 36km total length. There are also 12 off-piste routes for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

And if you want to relax, there are also cute cafes to sip your hot chocolate!
