The Jordanian-Greek Business Association has been formed with the aim of boosting bilateral commercial and trade ties, according to a statement from the association.
The founding members of the association, which was founded at the end of December 2020, elected the board of directors, which comprises of seven members, chaired by Omar M. H. Aljazy.
The core intention of this business initiative is to bolster bilateral commercial and entrepreneurial ties between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Hellenic Republic, the statement said.
Both the members of the board and Ambassador of Greece to Jordan, Eleftheria Galathianaki, “agree and maintain that there are great possibilities for enhancing the trade volume between the two countries.”
The board of directors and the ambassador met at the Greek embassy earlier this week to coordinate the next steps of this initiative.
They have both highlighted that “no efforts will be spared” so as to further promote the bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries.
