US Ambassador to Greece, Geoffrey Pyatt, announced that he will attend a military parade marking the anniversary on March 25.
In addition, he announced that American F-16s would fly in skies of Attica.
“I’m honored to represent President Joe Biden and the American people at next week’s military parade celebrating Greece’s bicentennial,” he said on twitter.
“A chance to reflect on our countries’ 200 years of friendship, shared values and the promising road ahead! Watch the skies for these F16s!” he added.
